The stables are open all year round.
There is horse available for all abilities.
All our rides are escorted and boots and hats are provided for free.
We try to partner our visitors to a mount that suits their size, experience and ability.
We have a collecting/lunging arena and an outdoor arena for instructing inflat work and jumping.
We are sorry but children underthe age of 4 years and adults over 15 stone in weight are not allowed to ride.

The 1 ½ countryside ride is for riders with more experience to include walk, trot and canter. Escort always rides. Spectacular scenery and a varied ride across open fields, rising to 400 feet above sea level and overlooking the beaches of Woolacombe and Combesgate.

1 ½ HOUR SAND DUNE RIDES
The 1 ½ Sand dune ride is for experienced riders to include walk, trot and canter. Escort always rides. A super ride passing though the picturesque village of Woolacombe and running parallel to Woolacombe Beach. This ride takes you through fabulous scenery and undulating sand dunes and bridle ways.

1 ¾ HOUR BEACH RIDES
The 1 ¾ hour beach ride is for the more experienced rider, it includes walk, trot, canter and gallop. Escorts always ride. This is a unique ride passing through the village of Woolacombe and then along the 3 miles of sandy beach. Returning home through the sand dunes. (For children aged over 14 years).

This is a popular choice for those that have done a lot/some riding in the past and want a refresher before enjoying a ride out.

ESCORTS WALK AND RIDE
This ride is suitable for beginners and experienced riders. The ride leaves together then splits to enable the more experienced riders, who can already rise to the trot, to canter. We all meet up again and come home together.

To include walk and trot for beginners and non-riders, escorts always walk either leading or beside the horses. A lovely family trek across the fields.

Friendly, professional staff who ensured we had a horse to meet our ability and we were able to ride together even though my partner is a complete novice and I am competent. I was led off separately for a couple of canters then re-joined my partner which was perfect. Would definitely recommend.
